Oreo Truffles

This recipe couldn’t be easier:

one bag of Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
couverture chocolate

In a food processor, using the metal blade, combine the cookies and cream cheese to form a ball.

Roll into one inch balls and chill.

Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. Bamboo skewers are great for dipping to coat.
