INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup maraschino cherries
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon rum extract
1-1/4 cups gingersnaps
METHOD
Chop all ingredients in food processor to form ball.
Roll into balls or log shapes and cover with coconut.
